I have started reading a lot during this time. It has been such a fulfilling thing to be able to soak in all the knowledge from different books and authors. I have found such joy in taking the time of day to read and really immense myself in the text I am reading.
I have also really committed working out, and today I did a double routine and a full hour which made me feel really good. I have noticed that putting small goals in each day, and reaching them, makes me feel very satisfied and it does give me a little boost of confidence and energy to keep going.
I really try to know focus on being creative and really putting the time of day in at the work I want to get done.
Sometimes it is more difficult, but it is also important to allow your mind and body to rest if needed so. I really have a hard time unwinding and relaxing sometimes, so for me just being able to watch YouTube while drinking tea, is really beneficial and something I should not feel bad about.
Furthermore, I have recently gotten interested in Ayurveda. I did a test online (but I reckon it is better to meet a practitioner IRL) But the test put me on Vata Dosha (air and ether) It is really interesting to read about it, and seeing that so much makes sense to me and I have ordered a book called: Ayurveda - The science of self healing. I am so excited to dig deeper at the knowledge and evolve a greater understanding about this. I hope to make my body feel more centered and less worried and anxious in my body and mind.
